What is the Mission Workshop lifetime warranty?
We stand by the quality of our gear. All Mission Workshop bags and apparel are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take between 3 to 7 business days via ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online returns portal. Please note that certain limited-edition items may be final sale.
Are Mission Workshop bags waterproof?
Most of our bags feature weatherproof construction using materials like multi-layer Cordura, X-Pac, or waxed canvas combined with internal waterproof liners. While they are highly water-resistant and designed to protect gear in heavy rain, they are not submersible.
Do you ship internationally?

How should I care for my technical apparel?
To maintain the performance of technical fabrics and DWR coatings, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat to reactivate water-repellent finishes. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
